1. Products & Descriptions

All products listed on our website or in our catalog are described as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, material, and measurements may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or supplier specifications.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only once full payment or a deposit (as agreed) is received.

  • We accept EFTs and other approved payment methods.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

  • Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer nationwide delivery at an additional fee, calculated based on location and item size.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on product availability and location. Estimated delivery will be provided upon order.

  • Style Space is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, strikes, or unforeseen events.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive and inspect goods upon delivery.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unused, undamaged, and original packaged items.

  • Custom-made or special-order items cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was defective or sent in error.

  • A 10–15% handling fee may apply on returns.

5. Damages & Defects

  • Please inspect your items upon delivery.

  • Any damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours with clear photos.

  • We will assess and replace or repair the item at our discretion if the issue is manufacturing-related.

6. Warranties

  • Most products carry a 6- to 12-month manufacturer warranty against structural defects.

  • Warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, water damage, or improper installation.

7. Ownership

All goods remain the property of Style Space until paid for in full.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Your personal information will only be used to process your order and communicate with you. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

Style Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
